Anything purchased during this event will be non-returnable- no cancellations, no order changes, no exchanges, no refunds, no exceptions. Please check your cart to be SURE you are ordering what you meant to BEFORE checking out! You can load your cart prior to the sale starting- just refresh at the sale start time to make sure the code is on.

What if I miss it?
-Don't miss it! We won't be able to honor discounts after the fact. This sale is 15 minutes only - no more, no less, and it's completely automated - I won't be able to alter it at the time. If there is a technical problem on our end, I will email and text our marketing lists to tell them what happens next - another reason to get on those lists!
I'm stressed! How do I do this?! :
-Don't panic! These steps should help:
1- Create an account with Mama & Roo's (if you don't already have one). You can use the icon in the top bar on the website to do this. If it will let you set up payment options there beforehand, go ahead and add them! This is totally secure - I have no way of seeing that information. It's just for your convenience!
2- Plan your order ahead of time. If you are set on a specific item, know that we do have limited quantities in-stock, and it's possible for those items to sell out before the sale begins. If you would be devastated to miss out on something, I would encourage you not to wait for the sale. But if you love a good deal, hold out! Just be prepared with some alternates if your top choice gets snatched from under you. Sorry! I don't have control over how the carts process <3.
3- Don't forget about Free Shipping! Orders over $200 ship for free! Take a look at our accessories and other goodies to get the best value when shopping the sale.
4- Load your cart beforehand. Maybe 30min-1hr before the sale starts, log in to your Mama & Roo's account, get your payment information ready, and load your cart. If you use a service like Shop Pay, you may want to go to checkout to login at this time as well. Be sure to check on your cart just before the sale opens to make sure everything is still available!
5- Once the sale opens at 9pm ET, refresh your cart. You should see the automatic code. Once you do, check out as quickly as possible so you can get your picks before they sell out!
What if I change my mind?
-Unfortunately, we can't process any order changes/ cancellations/ refunds/ exchanges on orders during this 15min sale. If you need the ability to return or change your order, please consider ordering before or after the sale. You can use another discount code at that time if you have one and still be able to return or exchange (unless the item is clearance or otherwise marked final sale) =)
I have another discount code, can I use that one, too?
-No, discount codes will not stack. The system will give you the best deal (which will be the sale coupon). Don't waste precious time trying to add other codes - they won't work, and you might lose your product in the process if it sells out while you're trying! If you want to use your discount code from something else (so that your order is returnable and so that it ships sooner), we suggest ordering before the sale to make sure you get it before it sells out!
