Holiday Shipping Deadlines
Calendars included for the following holidays:
-Thanksgiving (Wed, 11/25 delivery)
-Hanukkah (Thurs, 12/3 delivery)
-Christmas and Kwanzaa (Thurs, 12/24 delivery)
-New Year's (Wed, 12/30 delivery)
Please note:
- UPS® packages do not move or deliver on weekends
- USPS packages do not deliver on Sundays
- Estimates include processing time and a buffer for expected holiday shipping season delays, but are not guarantees
- Items ship Tuesdays and Thursdays from NC. Due to holiday volume, some shipments may be delayed to the next regularly scheduled ship date
- First in Line shipments will ship first on any given processing day (Learn more about First in Line service by tapping here.)
- If shipping to Alaska, please add an extra 3 business days
- If shipping to Hawaii, we strongly recommend using our calculated shipping option for Priority Mail and adding an extra 3 business days, or using UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. Standard shipping services have changed and are now taking much longer. Contact us prior to ordering with questions
- If shipping internationally, please refer to shipping estimates at checkout and add an extra 1-2 weeks for extra assurance. We are not responsible for customs delays. Please note we are only shipping internationally to US military/diplomat addresses (APO, FPO, DPO, etc.), to Canada, and to Mexico at this time. Additional tariffs, customs, and duties fees may apply to international shipments and are the responsibility of the customer. APO/FPO/DPO, etc., addresses may estimate time to US drop-off point, not to the full destination

You may be asking, why are these dates so early?
Normally, most orders from Mama & Roo's are delivered within a week or so. But, during the holidays we often see much longer timeframes from shipping carriers. The dates in this guide are our best faith estimates to make sure your package arrives in time. All orders are subject to our 1-3 day processing time and will ship on our scheduled ship dates of Tuesdays and Thursdays. What about pre-orders?
We cannot guarantee any pre-orders will be delivered by a certain holiday date. We will ship pre-orders as soon as they arrive, on our regularly scheduled ship dates of Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions on the status of your pre-order item.
