shipped quickly but am disappointed with the finish and how they were packaged. they’re scratched up, the finish is VERY uneven with lots of silver showing through. they were rubbing together in the polymailer, separated by only a tiny info card. maybe I expect too much but I am pretty disappointed.
I love the colorway on this one! It is so vibrant and soft right out of the package. The carrier is comfortable too — I love the wrap straps.
Mama & Roo's was so easy to order from, customer service is amazing, and the cows are sooooo cute!!!

So happy with my onbuhimo. Both my twins love it. And it makes getting around with the two of them much easier to throw one on the back and then help the other. If you've used wraps and carriers before, it's pretty intuitive overall. So happy with it!
I have been going back and forth about buying an Onbuhimo for nearly a year! I was worried it would be difficult to take on and off as the reviews can be very mixed on ease of use. I wish we bought one sooner! We managed to get it on with no trouble the first try, much easier to get on than other back carriers I’ve tried. Our toddler also totally loves it since he sits up high on the back and can see everything that’s going on, he also looks super comfy. The quality of the carrier is also amazing. I wish we bought one sooner! Totally worth the purchase for us and will be our new go to.

I love my LennyLamb Light! While I love my woven wrap, I find that it is more challenging to put on and take off quickly, especially without a mirror or support person. I can easily put my sleeping 2-month-old in the LennyLamb Light without the support of another person or a mirror. My baby loves that he can easily change the direction of his head. I love that it is comfortable, well-constructed, and beautiful. I can easily see that his airways are clear, and it's nice to not have to worry about his head being at a weird angle. It is great for cooking, chores, and taking walks.

This is literally everything I have been looking for in a back carrier. This is by far my favoite now thay my baby has outgrown a front wrap as i dont know how to back wrap with an extremely energetic toddler.
We ordered a carrier that we found on the Lenny lamb site and Alexandra was so quick to get that ordered and ready for us! We ordered it for my sister and her husband and they absolutely love it! So excited to see our sweet nephew in the most beautiful carrier! 💕
I love the suck pads, however, the colors were not as shown in the pictures on the website. I contacted customer support and was told someone would check the warehouse for the color I wanted, but they never got back to me. It's disappointing because I wanted to buy the hood too, but won't because I have no idea what color I'd get and if it'll match. I'll just keep what I have. Would've given 5stars if communication of product and customer support was better.
I ordered four items in the recent Dragonfly preorder, and I’m very happy with the order, fulfillment and delivery process and I’m delighted with the finished product!
I ordered matching bear rompers for my boys and didn’t understand about the sizing. Alexandra was great to reach out so I could clarify.
There was a slight error in the weaving process, which slightly affected how the cardigan would turn out. No fault of Mama & Roo (or Lenny either), but, again Alexandra reached out to see what I’d like to do and gave me options, and I chose to continue with my order. She even gave a slight discount for the error, even though it wasn’t her fault.
I am very happy with the whole process and would definitely order from Mama & Roo again!
